Move on! Stop worrying about the past… Let it go

-Sprinkle of Jesus

Life is as complicated as anything gets. One of the worst things you can do to yourself, creating more complications, is to worry about insignificant details.

Truth is, many of us live in the past. We dwell on its happenings so much; to the extent that, it becomes our reality and we constantly relive it. Then, we wonder why our current situations are not changing, hindering us from moving ahead toward our future.

Listen to this : LET IT GO ! It’s actually that simply. Don’t believe me? Take a shot at it for yourself and see how it works out for you.

So what if you screwed up your relationship. Maybe it wasn’t meant to be, but you had your regrets, you grieved, and if you had the chance to do it all over, you’d do it differently. Stop moping around. Get up, get out there and go right your wrong, even if it’s with someone else.

Take your mistakes and learn  from them. The way to do this is through your actions, how you move ahead. If you are not applying what you learned to your present situation, I personally would like to know exactly what you are doing what that lesson. Holding on to it, waiting to pass it along to someone else? No my friend, bad idea. The lesson is for you to make use of, and through you actions and how you incorporate that lesson into the improvement of your life but more so, your being, others will benefit.

Stop worrying about what you could have done then, do it now. The ball is in your hands.

Just in case you wanted to know : The above quote as you can see is from one of my all time favorite apps, called Sprinkle of Jesus. At random times during the day it notifies you with such amazing quotes that are very relevant to situations you may be going through in that very moment. The quotes are not always scriptural or spiritual, by the way (for all my nonbelievers out there). So, go check it out !!
